At Reprolon, our PTFE lubricant additives are precisely manufactured in particle sizes ranging from 150 to 2,360 microns, available in both coarse and fine grades. Stocked options include F-20/80 (flake powder with ultra-low coefficient of friction), OX-60 (granular PTFE ideal for grease and packing applications), and the recycled Flake 500 (a Grade 3 PTFE ideal for thread sealants and oil thickeners). Each grade brings distinct properties, making it easy to match your lubrication or sealing application with the appropriate performance level.
